IPSC endeavors to change an abstract field into a pragmatic and easily negotiable area. The immaterial aspect of IP rights makes the classical protection and the management of rights very risky. Using IP rights’ securitization means the IP assets are incorporated into securities, avoiding the difficulties generated by classical IP protection, as IP assets are convert into tangible securities.
